This creamy balsamic dressing is perfect for salad, pasta, and meat. Plain yogurt makes it creamy and helps cut some of the bite that tends to accompany balsamic dressings.
- 3 tbs Balsamic Vinegar
- 3 tbs olive oil
- 2 tbs plain yogurt- Greek or regular
- 1 tbs honey
- 1 clove garlic
- salt and pepper to taste
- Place all ingredients into a small blender. Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Keep up to 2 weeks, covered, in fridge.
- This makes a small batch, enough for 2-4 people.
